I had some trouble logging in and couldn’t really figure out what was going on with it. Support did end up fixing it after a few days, so it’s working now. Took a little longer than I expected, but at least they got it sorted.

I’ve been using Spin Scooter for a little while now, and overall it’s been a smooth experience. Getting set up was easy, the pages load quickly, and I didn’t really have to spend much time figuring things out. That said, I wouldn’t say it blew me away or anything, it just kind of does what I need it to do. No major complaints so far, but I’m still a bit on the fence until I’ve used it more.

Had a small account issue and wasn’t sure how long it’d take. Support got back to me the same day, asked a couple things, and sorted it out easily. There was a little waiting between replies, but it was fine. 4 stars since it wasn’t super fast, but they handled it well.

Pretty straightforward experience overall. The price I was given upfront was the price I ended up paying, which I really appreciated. No surprise charges or random add-ons at the end... just simple and honest.

I’ve used Spin Scooter a few times now, and for the most part the scooters have been in decent shape. The brakes worked fine and the battery lasted for the trip, so no issues there. That said, one scooter had a loose handlebar, which made me uncomfortable enough to ditch it and grab another one. Switching was easy, but it still made me a little wary. Overall, they seem maintained, but I wouldn’t assume every scooter is perfect before riding.

I haven’t had any trouble getting paid out, which is the main thing I was hoping for. The process has been straightforward overall. It might not be the flashiest experience, but it does what it’s supposed to do without any real issues.

I use the subscription almost every day, so it feels worth the cost. It’s not too expensive, and it does what I need without any hassle. I also like that the receipts come through by email right away, so it’s easy to keep track of what I’m paying for

I’ll give them credit, the billing has been right every time, which feels like more than I can say for a lot of companies. No surprise charges so far, and that’s been a nice change.

The app opens without any issues and usually does what I need it to do, but it randomly freezes here and there, especially when I’m switching between screens. Restarting it normally fixes the problem, so it’s not the end of the world, but it definitely gets annoying. I also got logged out once and it took a while to load back in, which wasn’t great. On top of that, I’m not a fan of how the terms seem to keep changing. It’s frustrating when you sign up expecting one thing and then have to keep checking what’s different now. I’ll probably keep using it for now, but I really hope they make it more stable and stop switching things up so much. It’s decent, just not something I’d call fully reliable yet.

I used spin.app to grab a scooter downtown it was really smooth. The QR code scanned on the first try, no annoying loading screen, and the app didn’t freeze or anything. I was basically riding in about 30 seconds, which is exactly what I needed. The price was clear too. Always nice when an app just does what it’s supposed to do without any hassle.

The app is fine i guess, and when you actually find a scooter it works well. But half the time there’s nothing close by, or the scooters showing on the map are already gone when you get there. So yeah, it’s Okay when it works, just not something I’d count on every time.

I thought the Spin Scooter app would be a little more reliable when it comes to parking zones, but the geofencing can be frustrating. A few times it told me I was outside the allowed area even though I was clearly parked right next to it. Then other times it works with no issue, so it feels kind of inconsistent. The app isn’t bad overall, I just expected the location accuracy to be better.
